The reigning Olympic champion, road and cyclocross world champion Marianne Vos is not only a well-known figure in women's cycling. Her radiance also draws attention outside of the scene. The Rabobank-Liv team will be all the happier that the Dutchwoman will also lead the squad in the 2014 season. Alongside her, Lucinda Brand, the current Dutch road racing champion, and Pauline Ferrand-Prevot, the reigning French time trial and cross champion, will have important roles in the team.

However, in order to be as broadly positioned as possible, the team also strengthened itself with the Dutchwoman Anna van der Breggen, who finished fourth overall in the 2013 World Cup, as well as with the German champion Anna Knauer and the Polish climbing specialist Katarzyna Niewiadoma.

“The athletes of the Rabobank Liv team are fantastic brand ambassadors and outstanding personalities and athletes. Together with them and the team organization, we want to further advance cycling and inspire the next generations of female riders ,” said Bonnie Tu, founder and CEO of the Liv/giant brand, during the team presentation in Utrecht.
