Market: A year and a half ago, Specialized ventured into the E-MTB market with the Turbo Levo. In the meantime, the Levo has found numerous fans, above all due to the well-balanced chassis and the inconspicuous, clean look. With the Troy Lee Limited Edition, there is now a model limited to 200 pieces worldwide.
From a technical point of view, the Specialized Turbo Levo Expert 6Fattie TLD – as the limited edition is officially called – resembles its series counterpart. However, the model exhibited at the Berlin Bicycle Show differs from the actual Limited Edition in terms of the chassis (Öhlins instead of Fox), the tires (2,8″ instead of 3,0″) and the gears (SRAM EX1 instead of X01). However, the focus is less on the technical details and more on the special paintwork, which not only attracts numerous curious looks here in Berlin.

Anyone who is familiar with the designs of MTB and motocross design icon Troy Lee also knows what to expect from the Levo TLD: It is definitely not plain and inconspicuous here: The mixture of bright green and deep black makes the bike a real eye-catcher and the glitter look is only known in this form from very few bicycles.
There are 200 copies of the special edition worldwide - around 50 of them in Germany. So if you've fallen madly in love with the Turbo Levo Expert TLD, you should hurry up - the stocks at the dealers shouldn't last too long. The RRP for the limited premium E-MTB is €6.799
