General: German Championship Omnium at the weekend

Cycling: In the Oderlandhalle Frankfurt/Oder on 19./20. December the train riders pedaled for the last time this year. Maximilian Beyer and Lucas Liß, who are considered favorites for the title, will also start at the German Omnium Championship.

Shortly after 19.00 p.m. on Friday, the first athletes will start on the new 250-meter track in the Oderlandhalle. The start is made by the scratch races for women and men. The other races on Friday will be the individual pursuit and the elimination race. The other disciplines time trial, sprint, flying lap and points race are on the program on Saturday. The award ceremony is scheduled for 23.00:XNUMX p.m. The supporting program of the event includes live music and a dance group. The former successful cyclist Robert Bengsch will moderate the event.
