Test: The twins Florian and Karl Schmitt cause a sensation with their company Twins Fitness. And also want them with their bars energy delivery revolutionize.

At first glance, the concept appears to be quite simple. Both have developed bars that are based on oat flakes and are very well suited as carbohydrate bars for endurance athletes.

They placed particular value on the use of high-quality carbohydrates in order to keep the blood sugar level constant. The bar is also easily digestible, low in fat and free of colorings and preservatives.

No matter when, whether warm temperatures, before the competition or in the bike race, because of the easy to openmethod, the bar is always easy to open and therefore easy to consume. The developers recommend consuming the bar 30 to 40 minutes before exercise, or even 60 minutes before exercise for longer activities, so that the performance-enhancing additives L-carnitine and creatine monohydrate can also have an effect.
This note has an effect in use. A feeling of hunger arises neither in the race nor in training. Thanks to the vitamins B2, B6 and B12 it contains, the onset of fatigue is also delayed.

Conclusion

The Twins fitness bar is not an energy bar like any other. It is an energy bomb that, with its performance-enhancing substances, contributes to an increase in performance during physical activity and, in the tested banana flavor, also tastes good. It is therefore also suitable as a breakfast substitute or snack for in between.
