General: Isaac Vitron Disc: Dutchmen present comfortable carbon racers with disc brakes

10 October 2018 by Andrew Waldera

Market: Equipped with a comfortable geometry and snappy properties, the Dutch Limburg-based bike manufacturer Isaac is launching the new Vitron Disc. The racing bike made entirely of carbon is available in two versions.

Isaac Cycling was founded in 2001 in South Limburg. With the production of high-quality frames, the company quickly developed into a specialist in the field of carbon technology. When developing the Isaac Vitron Disc, the engineers focused on creating a comfortable racing bike with a comfortable geometry and impressive riding characteristics. Characteristic of the new racer made of Isaac UNUM 24 carbon is the high positioning of the stem, which is intended to ensure a comfortable seating position for sporty, ambitious drivers on all trips. The 25 mm Vredestein Fiammante Pellen promise comfort and perfect rolling properties at the same time. Stem, handlebars, saddle and seat post come directly from Isaac himself.

The Isaac Vitron Disc is available in two versions: Glossy Black and Fire Red, the latter as a limited edition. Frame sizes range from 49 to 64 centimeters, and the manufacturer specifies the frame weight as 56 grams for size 1290. The most affordable version comes with a Shimano Tiagra 4700 groupset and Shimano RS 170 wheels, starting at €1.999,00 euros. Those who prefer higher-quality components will also find what they're looking for with the Isaac Vitron Disc. In addition to the Shimano 105 and Ultegra groups, a Di2 drivetrain can also be ordered. Further customization options are available with the SRAM Rival or SRAM Force components, combined with DT Swiss wheels and Campagnolo Potenza/Campagnolo Scirocco DB.
