Product news: The US clothing specialist 100% is presenting its eyewear range for 2018 at the ISPO in Munich. The luggage of the Californians also includes the new Speedcraft Air glasses. The most prominent wearer of the new model is certainly the three-time world champion Peter Sagan. The Speedcraft Air was already used as part of this year's Tour Down Under in Australia.
One of the very obvious highlights of the new Speedcraft Air goggles is the patented AC Systems Breathing Technology for improved airflow through the nose. The scope of delivery includes small special plasters to stick on the nostrils. The nostrils are thus pulled slightly outwards by means of the extended bridge of the glasses. Another feature of the Speedcraft Air glasses is the two millimeter thick, cylindrically cut lens.
The one-piece lens is designed to increase vertical perception in the driving position while maximizing peripheral vision. According to the manufacturer, the interchangeable lens also has XNUMX% protection against UVA, UVB and UVC rays. In order to counteract fogging of the glasses, the designers optimized the distance between the lens and the face in favor of an increased air flow. The rubber-coated temples are intended to ensure fit and comfort for the spectacle wearer.
