Product news: H&S Bike Discount's own brand Radon offers a first look at the MTB line-up for 2018. Radon Bikes wants to shake up the market with four brand new products. The exciting portfolio for 2018 includes three hardtails and an enduro. The Enduro JAB, which is the successor to the classic Radon Slide Carbon 160, could cause a stir.
Radon JAB
At the JAB, Radon presents itself very self-confident: True to the motto "Making the best even better", the engineers got to work and developed a completely new enduro. The inspiration for this was the Radon Slide Carbon 160, which caused a sensation when it premiered in 2014. The JAB comes with a variety of fine details such as hidden Horst link and frame bearings, Boost standard, flip chip and E-mount chip. The flip chip allows the rider a two-stage, uncomplicated adjustment of seat/steering angle and bottom bracket height. Thanks to the E-Mount, a 1x or 2x drive can be installed on the Radon JAB, depending on the requirements. The frame designers also used the advantages of the new trunnion mount to implement more travel with a shorter installation length.

Radon JEALOUS AL
With the JEALOUS AL, Radon is expanding the JEALOUS series with an attractive aluminum model. Designed for demanding XC tours, a front end with 100 mm spring travel, a flat steering angle and a short rear end have been implemented. The size-split concept allows the buyer to choose between 27.5" and 29" wheels - and thus also the possibility to adjust the performance individually. As with the Enduro JAB, a 1x or 2x drive can be installed on the JEALOUS AL thanks to the E-Mount chip. The new Boost standard at the rear ensures extra rigidity, while slightly flexing seat stays are intended to increase riding comfort.

Radon CRAGGER
Puristic trail surfing without limits comes from Radon in the form of the new CRAGGER hardtail with a 7071 aluminum frame. 130 mm of spring travel at the front keep the flow machine on course, the playful geometry and the low standover height are designed to maximize riding fun. You can choose between 27.5" or 29" wheels. The CRAGGER is just as modern when it comes to the drive: The 1-speed drive is simply indispensable on a bike of this design. The ISCG mount also allows a chain guide to be fitted.

Radon SLUSH
Radon also wants to get back into the dirt jump and four-cross scene. The new SLUSH should create the conditions for this. The lightweight frame made of 6061 aluminum has a continuous top tube, a short rear end with variable dropouts and a conical head tube. The frame is designed for 100 mm suspension forks. Definitely looks like some mighty airtime and fun!
