Archive: Review: Stromer ST2

April 14, 2017 by enrico

Test: Impressive numbers: Almost 1000 Wh battery capacity, motor support factor 4,3. But also:
The second battery costs a whopping 1990 euros. The Stromer is different: there is an unbelievable amount of power in the rear motor, the 45 mark is quickly reached, handling and driving feel are more like a motorcycle – including the brakes! Fast gliding with little effort can inspire, because drive and cyclist harmonize perfectly. Wide tires ensure minimal comfort. Ergonomically there is little to adjust - digitally a lot: You can use the app and cloud to adjust support characteristics, driver type and much more, but also activate an immobilizer and investigate stolen bikes. Integrated in the top tube, unfortunately not in view: the touch display. Fine high-tech for lots of driving pleasure.
