Test: The E-Roxter 8.0 Plus from Bergamont is not Nordic cool at all. The hot-blooded tourer is also a lot of fun on the trail thanks to the plus tires and dropper post - even if the handling gets a bit nervous on rough descents. The balanced seating position and the Manitou Machete suspension fork with 120 mm of travel ensure a lot of comfort, while the Performance CX drive provides plenty of steam. The XT rear derailleur allows the chain to glide smoothly and precisely from sprocket to sprocket, while the MT4 disc brakes from the German manufacturer Magura reliably bring the spirited northern lights from Hamburg to a standstill at all times. The Roxter is also prepared for long tours: the frame comes with threaded eyelets for mudguards or luggage racks.
