Cycling: Alejandro Valverde (Movistar) has won the Tour of Catalonia for the second time after 2009. The Spaniard was also unbeatable on today's final stage. With his third day win this week he left Jarlinson Pantano (Trek-Segafredo) and Arthur Vichot (FDJ) behind. In the overall standings, Alberto Contador (Trek-Segafredo) finished second, 1:03 minutes behind, ahead of Mar Soler (Movistar). This completes the all-Spanish podium. The points classification also went to Valverde, the junior classification to Soler. Since Movistar was also able to win the team classification, the Movistar team triumphed in all respects.
