The Mud Specialist Dirty Dan from German tire manufacturer Schwalbe is a popular tire among gravity riders. The coarse profile, which is reminiscent of a kind of spiked tire, offers the best grip on soft, loose surfaces. The large gaps ensure the necessary self-cleaning and braking traction. The tire is now also available in a narrower version for the large 29-inch wheels.
In addition to the narrow X Countryversion is Dirty Dan also optionally in a one SuperGravityversion available. Additionally with Curve Claws for extreme leaning and the soft, almost sticky VertStar-Compound, it is Schwalbe's specialist for deep and muddy grounds in enduro races.
