Not only professionals rely on this type of performance monitoring, but also recreational bikers who want to get more out of themselves. The Race Face CINCH Power Meter was specially developed for use with the Race Face CINCH cranks Next SL G4, Next G3, Next and Turbine. The inconspicuous positioning in the crank axis reliably protects the power meter from external influences and at the same time offers the user high variability. A big advantage is that it can be used on several bicycles, provided they have a compatible crank. The power meter, which weighs just 65 grams, is suitable for both 1x and 2x drives.
The power meter is easily calibrated and set up using the CINCH app for iPhone or Android. The battery charge status is also checked via the app. Thanks to ANT+ and Bluetooth, the Race Face CINCH Power Meter can be operated with all common power measurement computers, smartphones and displays. Cadence and the respective pedal efficiency data are displayed, the power range extends from 0 to 1999 watts. According to Race Face, the accuracy of the measured power is +/- 2 percent. The battery life is said to be 400 hours. The battery can also be charged when installed via USB. The power meter is available at an RRP of EUR 899,00.
