Spectrum: The German bicycle manufacturer Corratec receives the German Design Award 25 for the limited 2017-year edition of the high-end Corratec CCT Evo racing bike. Every year, the world-renowned prize is awarded to innovative products that stand out in a special way through their groundbreaking distinguish design.
The special edition of the Corratec CCT Evo, strictly limited to 25 units, was designed in the in-house design department in Raubling, Bavaria. The 25-year edition impresses with clear shapes, a subtle color scheme and the stylized Bavarian lion on the top tube. The exclusive design goes hand in hand with the finest equipment. When drawing the anniversary racing bike, the focus was on processing stylistic elements as well as the philosophy of the Bavarian bicycle manufacturer, which was reduced to the point.
The design team, led by company founder Konrad Irlbacher, once again succeeded in creating a breathtaking composition, the successful implementation of which has now been honored by the German Design Council based in Frankfurt/Main. However, the sales price of the fine high-end racer is also very exclusive at 10.500 euros.
