Cycling: Shortly before registration for the 3rd Protective BIKE Four Peaks started, race director Marc Schneider announced the route. In 2015, the four-day MTB stage race will lead exclusively through Carinthia.

Thus, for the first time in the history of the race, the route will no longer run through Salzburg and Tyrol. Marc Schneider promises the participants a red hot route with an addictive factor. The first stage runs around Bad Kleinkirchheim with a route length of about 49 kilometers and 2349 meters in altitude. Right at the beginning of the Protective BIKE Four Peaks, a climb of 1000 meters in altitude makes your calves burn. The second day leads from Bad Kleinkirchheim to Hermagor. On this very varied stage, the participants can expect a route length of over 83 kilometers with 1957 meters in altitude. On day 3, after 59 kilometers and 2418 meters in altitude, Nassfeld Tröpolach is the destination. Not an easy task, as the longest and most demanding uphill with 1300 meters in altitude awaits the starters on this route. The last stage leads over 68 kilometers and 2026 meters in altitude to Weissensee. Overall, the 3rd Protective BIKE Four Peaks offers a length of almost 261 kilometers and a crisp 8750 meters in altitude.

Registration will be possible from November 25.11.2014th, 1000. Here, too, it's time to step on the gas again, as the field of participants is limited to XNUMX drivers.
