Lifestyle: The second Bosch eBike Race is about to start. On June 15th there will be another round hunt in Gomaringen, which after the 2013 premiere in Betzingen is now open to several age groups.
Hobby riders have to cover a total of 63 kilometers, and they are only allowed to start with e-bikes that allow a maximum support of 25 kilometers per hour.
"In order to master the demanding route with a total of more than 1000 meters in altitude, the eBikers must not only rely on the electric tailwind", says Tamara Winograd from Bosch eBike Systems: "Endurance, a sense of tactics and sprint strength will be decisive in the competition for the top places."
As with normal road races, there will also be hillclimb and sprint premiums in this competition. An attractive race should therefore be inevitable. If the drivers need new batteries, this can be done during pit stops.
Interested parties can register via the online portal until June 8th rad-net.de register. However, late registrations are also possible on the day of the race.
