Test Your PROPAIN
Since 2012, Propain Bikes has chosen a direct route to the customer, bypassing retailers. This is precisely what distinguishes Propain Bikes, but it also limits accessibility. To remain accessible to interested parties nationwide through personal contact, the Bikepark Test Weekends were launched in 2012. For 2014, these test weekends were complemented by the new Propain Friends program.
The Propain Friends-Program
The program is aimed at existing Propain Bike owners. As part of the program, these owners act as brand ambassadors, and Propain Bikes connects them with potential customers in their area who would like to see a Propain Bike in person before buying it. Whether the prospective buyer simply wants to see the bike, sit on it briefly, or perhaps take it for a short spin around the block is entirely up to the Propain Friend . There is no obligation, and the details are discussed directly with the prospective buyer beforehand. Potential new customers thus have the opportunity to see the bikes in person before purchasing and, most importantly, to at least sit on them to determine the correct size. They also receive honest and direct feedback from the owners.
So far, over 100 committed owners have registered for the program and around 50 interested parties have already been placed for a test drive.
The bike park test events
In addition to the Propain Friends program, the established bike park test weekends will continue in 2014. At these events, interested individuals can borrow various bikes upon presentation of their ID and test them on the trails of the respective bike park. Minors require a signed consent form from their parent or guardian.
The following dates have already been set for 2014:
- March 29th – 30th // Ladies Open in the Bikepark Beerfelden
- May 20th – June 01st// Dirtmasters Festival in the Bikepark Winterberg
- June 21st – 22nd // Ladies Camp in the Bikepark Winterberg
Further dates and more detailed information about which bikes will be available at each test event will be continuously published here on the Propain Bikes website. The dates will also be regularly announced in advance on their Facebook page.
