The Raublinger racing team NetApp-Endura, which received the ProConti license for the coming year this week, today announced the expansion of its sporting leadership. Effective immediately, André Schulze and Christian Pömer will expand the team around Enrico Poitschke and Alex Sans Vega.
The 36-year-old Schulze recently ended his career in the colors of the Basque racing team Euskaltel-Euskadi. During his 13 years as a professional he was able to collect over 30 victories, three of them in the colors of NetApp in 2012. For team manager Ralph Denk it was therefore a logical decision to bring the veteran to the team.
“I really appreciated his professionalism in and outside of the races and I am convinced that André will take on the tasks of a sports director with the same approach. With his knowledge, he will specifically take care of our young sprinters.", so think.
Furthermore, the 36-year-old Austrian Christian Pömer will take a seat behind the wheel. He had already supported the team this year in the second half of the season. After a career in the service of the Volksbank racing team, he previously worked as press spokesman and manager of the Austrian Continental team Gourmetfein-Simplon.
“Christian Pömer was already working for us as sport director in the second half of the season this year. At the start there was victory in Zottegem, which shows that Christian immediately found a good connection to our drivers and integrated excellently into the team. We want to build on that together this year.", so keep thinking.
