Tudor Pro Cycling Team Presentation 2025

Cycling: After a strong season, the Tudor Pro Cycling Team is already looking to the future. Swiss talent should be discovered and developed, but promotion to the WorldTour is also already an issue. Thanks to the strong newcomers for the coming year, Fabian Cancellara's racing team can also be expected in larger races in the future.

Tudor Pro Cycling Team: A solid start

The first season of the Tudor Pro Cycling Team is behind us. In 2023, the team that emerged from the Swiss Racing Academy presented itself well. Eleven victories were achieved with a total of 32 podium finishes. Sprinter was particularly successful Arvid de Kleijn, who has made a significant step forward in his new home. The Dutchman won a stage at the Deutschland Tour, the ZLM Tour and the Tour de Langkawi, among others. His greatest success, however, was victory in the one-day race Milan – Turin. But the Swiss were also able to enter the Tudor Pro Cycling Team's list of winners. Yannis Voisard won a section of the Tour of Hongrie, Simon Pellaud triumphed at the Tour de Bretagne and Joel Sutter was able to celebrate a day’s victory at the Giro di Sicilia. For WorldTour races, the team had to be invited via wildcard. There were 3 second places. Arvid de Kleijn narrowly missed a victory at the Tour de Pologne in the mass sprint as well as at the Tour of Guangxi. countryman Rick Pluimers would have been almost successful in China as well.

2024: Well-known drivers join the team

At the time, Fabian Cancellara was one of the best drivers in the world. Now the Swiss is trying to pass on his knowledge and experience to the current generation. As an ambassador for Tudor luxury watches and as co-founder of the Tudor Pro Cycling Team, he has set up one of the most interesting projects in current cycling. The 2023 season was good. But it is said to have been only the beginning of a very successful project. Because the Swiss racing team has big plans. While not a single driver has to be named on the dues page, six well-known drivers are joining the squad. With Michael Storer Tudor signed a strong climber who had already won two stages and the mountain jersey at the Vuelta a Espana in his career. The Italians Matteo Trentin and Alberto Dainese are considered strong sprinters. The Tudor Pro Cycling Team 2024 will be completed by the three Germans Alexander Krieger, Marius Mayrhofer and Florian Stork. This makes it clear: not only the size of the squad should grow, but also the successes. The Tudor Pro Cycling Team is aiming to become a WorldTour team in the coming years.
