MTB News: Due to the Covid-19 pandemic, the 27th edition of the Bike Festival Garda Trentino will not take place in early May as usual. The date was postponed by the organizer to July 24th to 26th. The festival program of the mountain bike classic will be updated accordingly shortly.

The coronavirus has turned the world upside down. This year, nothing is as it once was, as a glance at the current event calendar clearly shows. For almost three decades, the Garda Trentino Bike Festival has kicked off the mountain biking season annually, but like many other events, it has now had to make a drastic change. Due to the global spread of the Covid-19 virus, this year's Bike Festival has been postponed to July, specifically to the period from July 24th to 26th. Event director Monika Weber explains: "We are closely monitoring the dynamic developments regarding the coronavirus and are in constant contact with our partners in Italy. Of course, it's a shame, but the health of our exhibitors, sponsors, participants, staff, and service providers is our top priority." The program for the July edition is being revised and will be presented shortly. According to the organizers, already booked starting places will automatically remain valid for the new dates. As soon as we have further information, we will provide updates here on Velomotion.
