Product news: The Italian sports helmet manufacturer KASK is expanding its range with a full-face helmet for downhill, enduro and freeride. Equipped with a full carbon outer shell and the latest technologies, the KASK Defender should offer gravity riders maximum protection with high wearing comfort. The carbon helmet is distributed in Germany by MCG.
The KASK Defender was specially developed for downhill, enduro and freeride. Based on a full carbon outer shell, the size M helmet weighs just 778 grams. The slim design hides many useful details such as removable cheek pads, which should ensure that the helmet can be removed easily and safely in the event of an accident. The washable inner lining is also removable, which also ensures easy cleaning. For optimal adjustment to any head shape, the KASK Defender is closed with a double D-ring.
No fewer than 18 air channels should guarantee sufficient cooling of the head even in warm conditions. The chin bar also has a replaceable foam air filter. In addition to lateral cut-aways and an integrated, adjustable visor, the full carbon helmet was designed according to the manufacturer in such a way that it offers the largest possible field of vision. The new KASK Defender, which of course meets the standards EN 1078 and ASTM F1952, is available in sizes S, M, L and XL, each in four colors at a price of 499,00 euros. The helmet is distributed in Germany by MCG.
