On May 1st it's finally that time again: The Bike Festival Garda Trentino heralds the new MTB season as befits its status. In addition to numerous highlights, the coming edition will also feature a new marathon route. The organizer expects more than 45.000 visitors and 3.000 active participants at the start of the season in Riva del Garda.
On May 27st, 1, the Bike Festival Garda Trentino will open the new MTB season for the 2020th time. Until May 3rd, everything revolves around MTB and eMTB at the exhibition center on the north shore of Lake Garda. The classic in the event calendar is not stingy with highlights and sights in the coming edition either. The marathon route with three distances has been completely revised for 2020 and is designed in such a way that everyone should get their money's worth despite the high demands. Length and altitude have been reduced somewhat in this regard. The Scott Enduro Series, the Bosch eMTB Challenge, the Ghost Recon Ride and the Scott Junior Trophy promise further racing action.
Also this year there is a bike festival trilogy. Just two weeks after Riva, the Bike Festival in Willingen pitches its tents. For the first time, the German Downhill Championships will be held as part of the festival on the former World Cup slope in Sauerland. The Enduro racers are also hot: The Bike Festival is hosting the German Enduro Championships for the third time. From September 11th to 13th, the last races will be held as part of the Bike Festival Saalfelden Leogang at the end of the 2020 MTB season. The trends for 2021 can also be admired and tested in the Expo area.
