Advent calendar / product news: The brand name UVEX is composed of Ultraviolet and Excluded and stands for the UV protection of the glasses. The second generation of entrepreneurs shaped this brand name. But ever since it was founded in 2, the company has stood for protection. Originally only the eyes, over the years then in cycling, alpine skiing and equestrian sports, both in the area of glasses and helmets.
UVEX set: mountain bike
Each sport has its own style and requires its own type of equipment. In our case, a UVEX MTB set consists of the UVEX Quatro Integrale helmet and the UVEX Sportstyle 706 CV goggles.
UVEX Quatro Integral helmet
The UVEX Quatro integral helmet is a consistent helmet for all trail lovers. It is a further development of the proven UVEX Quatro Pro. Due to the seamless design, it looks particularly modern and is still versatile. This is possible because the three-shell construction is pressed together using a so-called inmold process.
In addition, the helmet is well ventilated and can be individually adjusted in height and circumference to the shape of the head using the UVEX Anatomic IAS system. The inner bands can be easily replaced and removed, making maintenance or regular washing child's play. The helmet is now available in four colors at an RRP of 149 euros.

UVEX Sportstyle 706 CV
So that your eyes are well protected, our UVEX mountain bike set also includes the right glasses. The UVEX Sportstyle 706 CV is a contrast-enhancing and stable pair of glasses made for mountain bikers. Thanks to the robust frame and the adjustment options for the nostrils, the glasses always sit comfortably and stably on the head.
The CV abbreviated ColorVision technology has contrast-enhancing properties and makes the background and brown contrast much more visible in the outdoor area. This not only increases eye safety, but also your overall safety. Because if you see more on the trail, this also minimizes the risk of falling.

As a cyclist in an urban area, you are on the road with countless road users. The top priority, especially in the dark season, is "to be seen". The style shouldn't be neglected either.
UVEX City Light helmet
The UVEX City Light is a stylish bicycle helmet with added safety. At first glance, it looks like a normal bicycle helmet, but if you press the power button, it unfolds its extra safety. There are a total of four LED strips with 32 LEDs on the upper shell of the helmet. These are clearly red on the back and blue on the front. You can easily choose between stationary, flashing and fading light.
The battery status is easy to read via the status LED and lasts six to twelve hours, depending on the function. It is fully charged again within two hours. In addition to the active lighting, the UVEX City Light also has reflective strips.
The proven UVEX 3D IAS system is used for extra comfort. This makes it possible to adapt the helmet to the individual head shape.
