Zwift-Wahoo Tour 2018: Yesterday, Tuesday, the Zwift-Wahoo Tour of Germany 2018 entered the second round. After Cologne had already made the start last week, it was now Koblenz's turn. With sprint star Andre Greipel, the Canyon showroom had a very special guest alongside over 300 other cycling fans.
Yesterday the 2nd stage of the Zwift-Wahoo Tour 2018 was open. In addition to many hobby and amateur athletes who are enthusiastic about racing bikes, cycling celebrities also came to Koblenz. Last Thursday in Cologne, Jens Heppner and Marcel Wüst were still "at the track" and yesterday, Tuesday, the Gorila Andre Greipel was also part of the game in Koblenz. But what would a professional cyclist be without his bike. So the top German sprinter decided to take part in the Local Hero Race himself and led the Local Hero mixed team in Koblenz. In this first-ever Zwift race format, a mixed team of two female and two male team members compete in a global race for victory, showcasing the Zwift specialties of slipstreaming, power-ups and the realistic functions of Wahoo equipment.
Good news the Wahoo Zwift Tour of Germany 2018 is not over yet. On Friday things will continue in Hamburg before Berlin concludes next Tuesday. So register quickly.
