The "light" Marin, which weighs almost 22 kilos, relies entirely on components from the component market leader Shimano. The low-consumption Steps mid-motor pushes rather cautiously, but then provides jerk-free and low-noise support. The informative display can be aligned individually and is therefore optimally in the field of vision. A good addition to this drive is Shimano's 11-speed Alfine hub gear, which is shifted using the "Rapid Fire" double lever - smooth-running and without long pedal breaks as with the 8-speed hub gear. With a well-responsive suspension fork, smooth-rolling Schwalbe tires, the high-quality lighting system and easily controllable disc brakes, the Marin is well equipped. The hard rear and straight handlebars offer optimization potential.
