Test: Off-road is not really an option here, as the fast, asphalt-friendly marathon racer tires show. But as a light trekker with a powerful Bosch CX drive, the Lite E definitely has its strengths. They start with the torsion-resistant, high-quality frame with skilful engine integration (with impact protection). The control and mode selection is done via the Bosch Intuvia display, the corresponding lines and cables disappear neatly into the main frame. The derailleur gears with eleven broadly graded gears are sufficient for every situation, but the luggage rack can only carry up to 18 kilograms. Even with a full load, the bike rolls as if on rails and is a lot of fun with a sporty seating position. However, the brakes could be a bit more controllable.
