Spectrum: Based on a "real" breach of the rule, SKS Germany has now received the 24th South Westphalian Marketing Prize. The jury thus honored the innovative decision of the Sundern-based company to no longer just follow the classic sales channel of supplying wholesalers.
The courageous and forward-looking step taken in 2008 towards "Dealers Direct", direct supply to retailers, has made a decisive contribution to the company's success to this day. The manufacturer of quality accessories for the cycling industry ensures uniqueness and brand awareness through multi-layered support for dealers and the straightforward, consistent approach to end consumers. Dealers as well as end customers act as friends of the brand.
The 24th South Westphalian Marketing Prize was awarded at the SIHK in Hagen. SKS Germany was able to assert itself against 25 competitors in the selection process. Tobias Melten, Managing Director of Metten Fleischwaren GmbH, held the laudatory speech in front of more than 350 visitors. The unique prize sculpture “Squaring the Air”, individually tailored to SKS Germany, was designed by the artist Arwed Fritsch. A show by trial biker Max Schrom marked the end of the award ceremony.
