Cycling: Manuel Fumic gets company in the Cannondale Factory Team from 2015. From next year, the Brazilian Henrique Avancini will strengthen the team.
The Brazilian has signed a two-year deal. This year he was away for Team Caloi but is switching fronts ahead of the Rio 2016 games.
"It's great to be part of a team like Cannondale Factory Racing", according to Avancini. "I will have the best opportunities here to qualify for a place at the Olympics next year."
Last year, Avancini won the Bundesliga race in Münsingen and thus celebrated one of his greatest career successes. "He's a great talent", according to Cannondale manager Scott Rittschof, "And signing the contract underscores our standing as a global XC team."
In addition to Fumic and Avancini, Italian Marco Aurelio Fontana and New Zealander naton Cooper remain on board.
