Laurent Vidal came back with two words: "Hello World" the Frenchman tweeted earlier in the week, just four days after suffering cardiac arrest while training for a swim and being put into a coma by the doctors treating him. [Link]

In the coming days, the doctors treating him will continue to examine vidal to find out the cause of his cardiac arrest. After that it will be clear whether the Frenchman can return to competitive sport.
