cycling: Jaroslav Kulhavy is missing in Pietermaritzburg

Jaroslav Kulhavy will not be able to start at the World Cup opener in Pietermaritzburg next weekend. The Olympic champion injured his knee earlier this year [Link] however, managed to build up his form in time, as he proved with a solid race in Langenlois last weekend. But now, shortly before the first big race of the season, the fast Czech falls ill and is currently in bed with a fever of 38,7 degrees.
