Last weekend, the drivers and the entire management of our team met at the team hotel V8, that awaits you directly at the former airport in Sindelfingen with a nice ambience and many fast cars. During the meeting, many organizational things were discussed and the race calendar was also set. The first highlight is the 3 days from West Flanders.
For the drivers, however, the clothing was the first thing on the agenda. This year we will be equipped by Kalas, SH+, SKS and Buff. Then there was an introduction to the Rox 10.0-Sigma Sport bike computer with regard to navigation and training recording. The main focus here was on archiving the individual units at IQ-Athletik.
Before the boys were finally allowed on their bikes, the Simplon nexio-Models individually adjusted to the respective needs by the mechanics. During the photo shoot for our outfitter Kinetic, who supports us with roller trainers, the riders were able to use the optimized positions for the first time.
The end of the first day was an athletics program in the Sindelfingen Easysports Studio, which was put together by physiotherapist Jonas Bender.
The next day, the individual talks with the sporting directors Julian Rammler, Olaf Pollack and Luc Schuddinck were on the agenda before the team closed our energy supplier Paying a visit to Twins Fitness.
The meeting ended with a four-hour training trip through the Black Forest, which was accompanied by our team photographer Sören Spiegelberg. After the production of the Team Stuttgart Setcards, everyone started their journey home. Only Tino Thömel, Max Walsleben and Kai Kautz will train together in the coming days and adjust the time trial bikes to prepare for the prologue of the 3 days from West Flanders to be fit.
