Adventurers and adrenaline junkies get their money's worth on steep downhill trails, often no wider than half a meter. The Tauernradweg also leads through Bruck. Cycle paths in the wide Zeller basin and around the Zellersee invite families to extensive tours in the flat valley floor.
Fusch offers the ultimate challenge for cycling enthusiasts: a bike ride on the Grossglockner High Alpine Road. The Großglockner is not only known as the highest mountain in Austria, but also for its racing and training routes and extensive tours in the fresh mountain air, through untouched nature. In addition to extreme athletes, families don't miss out in Fusch. Four leisurely mountain bike trails lead through the nearby family cycling and hiking area Ferleiten. Every first Sunday in June, at the nationally and internationally popular bike event, you have the chance to enjoy the Grossglockner High Alpine Road car-free, as the panoramic road is exclusively closed to Glocknerkönig participants. Whether racing cyclist, mountain bike fan or ambitious leisure cyclist - everyone can face this challenge. And this has it all: 27,3 km of route length, 1.672 meters of altitude to be mastered and up to 12% incline await you. In the ultra category, there are still seven more hairpin bends to be mastered on cobblestones before you reach your destination, the Edelweißspitze, at 2.571 m above sea level. You will be rewarded in every category with a unique panorama, a unique experience and memories that will last.
