Six major brands and a common, new training format: Due to the high demand for specialized product training, the industry giants DT Swiss, ergotec, MAGURA, Rohloff, Schwalbe and Supernova are offering three practice-oriented training courses for specialist bicycle dealers under the name DealerTech from February.
The new training format was initiated by MAGURA Bike Parts with the aim of being able to offer specialist dealers improved support with less training effort. From February 2019, three DealerTech training days in Berlin, Wickede (Ruhr) and Bad Urach are on the agenda. In the one-hour practical presentations, the brands DT Swiss, ergotec, MAGURA, Rohloff, Schwalbe and Supernova provide the participants with comprehensive product information and expert knowledge for the coming season. The contents of the training courses are aimed at both sales staff and workshop staff. The cost of the DealerTech training is EUR 69,00 (net) per training course and participant.
