Storck e:DRENALIN.3 M2S: 170mm travel with Avinox M2S, 800 Wh, under 20 kg

September 7, 2026 by Michael Faiß

Product News / E-MTB: Storck presents the e:DRENALIN.3 M2S, a new e-mountain bike for the high-end segment. According to the manufacturer, the enduro e-MTB weighs from 19,9 kilograms in its lightest configuration, features an 800 Wh battery, and is powered by the Avinox M2S motor with up to 150 Nm of torque. The market launch coincides with the E-Bike World Championships in Ischgl, where Storck CEO Markus Storck and company CTO Max Fetzer will also be competing. The starting price is €6.999 Euro.

Lightweight, large battery capacity

Storck positions the e:DRENALIN.3 M2S as a lightweight, full-power e-mountain bike. With an 800 Wh battery, the manufacturer claims to have installed the largest capacity battery in its portfolio to date. Powerful propulsion is provided by the Avinox M2S motor with 130 Nm of torque, which increases to up to 150 Nm in boost mode. The weight of 19,9 kilograms refers to the lightest configuration; the actual weight of the production models will likely vary depending on the chosen drivetrain and other components.

170 millimeters of travel and a carbon frame

Storck equips the bike with a generous 170 millimeters of travel at both the front and rear. A Fox 36 fork and a Fox Float X2 shock are used. Buyers can choose between the more affordable Performance version of the fork or the high-end Factory model. The frame and rear swingarm are made entirely of carbon fiber.

Mullet wheels with 29 and 27,5 inch

The e:DRENALIN.3 M2S combines a 29-inch front wheel with a 27,5-inch rear wheel. Storck points out that it was among the first manufacturers to use this so-called mullet concept more than ten years ago – a layout that has now become almost standard in the e-MTB segment and makes sense given the large suspension travel reserves of the new Storck e:DRENALIN.3 M2S.

Gearbox and cockpit of your choice

Several drivetrain options are available: In addition to the SRAM GX Eagle transmission, Shimano drivetrains are also offered: Besides the mechanical XT group, there are also Di2 versions of XT and XTR. The option of a SRAM XX Eagle SL group raises some eyebrows, as the Americans claim it is not approved for use on e-MTBs.

The bike is complemented by a wireless dropper post. Buyers can therefore order the e:DRENALIN.3 M2S in different drivetrain and shifting configurations.

Launch Edition celebrates its premiere at the E-Bike World Championships in Ischgl

For the market launch, Storck is offering a launch edition in the team colors of the E-Bike World Championship. According to the manufacturer, the event, which has been held in Ischgl since 2018, also serves as the first major practical test for the completely redesigned model.

Storck itself will be competing in the race with two in-house riders: Managing Director Markus Storck and CTO Max Fetzer. Fetzer is a two-time defending champion in his age group and has also been a team world champion. Markus Storck has won two team world championships and one world championship title in his age group; he currently ranks second on the all-time list of the E-Bike World Championships.

Storck e:DRENALIN.3 M2S: Price and availability

According to Storck, the starting price for the e:DRENALIN.3 M2S is 6.999 Euro. The model is distributed via the manufacturer's five flagship stores in Hamburg, Düsseldorf, Idstein, Munich and Wertheim, via specialist retailers at home and abroad, and via the manufacturer's own online shop.
