Vibration damping through a special carbon layup process: Ritchey SuperLogic 1-Bolt seatpost with FlexLogic technology

1 December 2025 by Andrew Waldera

Product news: Equipped with FlexLogic technology, the new Ritchey SuperLogic 1-Bolt seatpost is designed to offer cyclists top-level performance. This technology utilizes a special carbon layup process in which selected carbon fiber layers are strategically positioned to achieve higher vibration damping than conventional carbon fiber seatposts.

Ritchey expands its SuperLogic family with the new SuperLogic 1-Bolt seatpost featuring FlexLogic technology. This seatpost combines simplicity with functionality and, thanks to this technology, is designed to offer superior vibration damping compared to conventional carbon fiber seatposts. A special carbon layup process strategically positions selected carbon fiber layers to optimize performance on longer rides. At the heart of the Ritchey SuperLogic 1-Bolt seatpost's minimalist design is the patented SideBinder clamp. It features a single 5mm bolt that engages quietly and reliably, reducing stress on lightweight saddle rails while ensuring maximum stability and reliability.
