Trail construction for more grip, speed and control: Brand new Vittoria MTB trail tire series

21 November 2025 by Andrew Waldera

Vittoria presents brand new trail tire series

Product News: Tire manufacturer Vittoria has revamped its entire MTB trail tire range. The Italian company aims to set a new benchmark with the new line, combining grip, protection, and agility in a completely new trail construction. Alongside the existing race, enduro, and sport tire designs, the new trail casing is intended to offer perfect performance in a variety of conditions.

Vittoria presents a range of new models that promise one thing above all: more performance on every trail – whether on a classic MTB or an e-MTB. The tires are designed to roll effortlessly uphill and shine with plenty of control and predictable handling on descents. At the heart of the new series is the new Trail construction. While the proven tread patterns remain identical to their predecessors, the casing has been optimized for trail use. With the Trail 4C compound, Vittoria combines four graphene-reinforced rubber compounds to reduce rolling resistance, maximize grip, and increase durability.

The single-ply, abrasion-resistant construction of the Trail 60 TPI casing, with its reinforced center rib and robust sidewalls, is designed to offer a balanced combination of agility and protection. Starting in November 2025, all current Vittoria MTB models (excluding Mota) will be available in the new Trail version. The popular 29x2.4 size is now available with black or brown sidewalls. Many models will also be offered in 29x2.6, while the XC profiles will be available exclusively in 29x2.25.
