New models for touring and everyday use: KTM E-Bike 2026

July 3, 2025 by Caspar Gebel

KTM E-Bike 2026: The Austrian manufacturer is entering the coming season with numerous new models presented at Eurobike 2025. KTM is relying heavily on the new generation of Bosch motors, which, with the PX, clearly separates e-trekking and e-MTB models.

KTM Macina Tour PX 810: Tourer with new Bosch engine

One of the bikes with the new motor is the KTM Macina Tour PX 810. This tourer, with its balanced, sporty seating position, is tuned for a high level of comfort with an air suspension fork and parallelogram seat post, and is motorized accordingly: The new motor, with 85 Nm of torque, offers the same amount of torque as the CX MTB motor and boasts a support factor of 3,4. Via an app, the torque can be increased to 90 Nm and the maximum support to 400%. Bosch has paid attention to harmonious response and low noise levels; an Auto mode relieves the rider of the choice of drive mode – for example, the system automatically switches to Turbo mode on steep climbs.

With the new Bosch PX motor, KTM is differentiating its e-trekking bikes more clearly from the MTB segment.

KTM naturally integrates the 800 Wh battery into the frame and completes the Macina Tour PX 810 with Shimano's new Cues eleven-speed gears, Busch & Müller lighting, and 50 mm wide Schwalbe tires. Of course, there's also a sturdy luggage rack and somewhat short fenders.

KTM Macina Every 820 Belt: E-SUV with comfortable gearshift

Of course, KTM hasn't abandoned its well-known Bosch motors: The new Macina Every, which is clearly positioned as an electric SUV, still features the sporty Performance CX with its extremely high level of assistance. The innovative frame shape doesn't contradict this: The low step-through design ensures high levels of comfort and ease of use, especially when combined with a dropper post.

The Every impresses with its successful unisex frame shape and high gear shifting comfort thanks to the stepless automatic transmission.

The Every rides on 60 mm wide knobby tires and features an 80 mm air suspension fork, as well as the continuously variable, automatically shifting Enviolo Automatiq, whose gear range is wide enough for demanding tours. This bike also features integrated cables and a B&M lighting system; the semi-integrated battery is easily removable and also represents a visually appealing solution.

KTM Macina Fold: Optimized folder with plenty of thrust

The e-folding bike from KTM has been significantly redesigned. The frame of the Macina Fold has been optimized, and the features have been modified – for example, it now includes a two-legged kickstand for safely parking the folded bike. Also new is the height-adjustable handlebar mast, and the Fold's power has been significantly improved thanks to the switch from Bosch Performance to the new PX. The frame houses a 500 Wh battery; the five-speed belt-driven hub gear pairs perfectly with the powerful motor.

Push in the saddle, fold down the handlebars, …
…then loosen the central joint.
With the new two-legged stand, the KTM Fold stands very securely even when folded.

KTM Superbelt SX: Fast and light with hub gears

Following the "Urbanator" introduced last year, KTM is launching a new "Light E-Urban" bike, the Superbelt SX, for 2026. As the name suggests, it's based on the sporty Bosch SX motor, which combines powerful thrust at a high cadence with low weight. Its 400 Wh battery is also particularly lightweight, yet offers a considerable range within the concept.

With its gear hub, toothed belt and low weight, the KTM Macina Superbelt SX is ideal for fast tours and commuting.

New to this product segment is the belt drive, combined with the high-quality Shimano Alfine 8. This ensures maximum low maintenance, as befits a fast, sporty everyday bike. KTM also installs an air suspension fork on the Superbelt, along with slightly narrower tires (47 mm) and a bright Litemove headlight.

Prices and availability of the new models have not yet been determined, and the manufacturer is also reluctant to provide exact weight information. And of course, there are other new products from the sporty brand from Mattighofen – for example, in the area of Gravel bike and road bike.
