A bicycle helmet for all occasions: Alpina Paranus

June 19, 2025 by Andrew Waldera

Product news: Whether it's a sporty trekking tour, the daily commute, or even a quick trip to the ice cream parlor, Alpina offers the Paranus, a bicycle helmet for all occasions. Depending on the intended use and personal preference, the helmet is available in various versions: with MIPS, without MIPS, or in the urban version with an integrated LED plug-in light, but without a visor.

Available in various models, the Alpina Paranus bicycle helmet is suitable for both urban cyclists and touring riders who rack up the miles on their bikes or e-bikes. Thanks to the different versions, the helmet can be perfectly selected for its intended purpose. The MIPS version promises particularly high levels of protection, designed to minimize potential rotational forces in angled impacts and thus reduce the risk of concussion. The combination of a robust Microshell outer shell and a shock-absorbing EPS inner shell provides the necessary basic protection in all models.

Alpina Paranus

The Alpina Paranus helmet features large air intakes to ensure sufficient fresh air around the head. The integrated Flynet prevents flies from following the same path as the airflow. An LED rear light on the Urban version ensures additional visibility. That's no reason not to opt for the other versions: it's available as an option on the other models. When switched on, it increases safety in traffic – especially at dusk or in diffuse light. The helmet is available in various colors for €99,95 (Mips), €79,95 (without Mips), and €89,95 (Urban).
