Product news: The children's and youth bike manufacturer woom is ringing in this year's season with two new, bright spring colors. The colors Lizard Lime and Flame Orange are now available for bike sizes 1 to 4 - and are therefore aimed at kids aged 1,5 to 8 years. The bright light green and the strong orange are intended to give the child a more individual style and thus ensure even more enthusiasm for cycling.

This year's season is off to a strikingly colorful start: the children's and youth bike manufacturer woom is launching two new colors for its ORIGINAL all-round children's bike series. The colors Lizard Lime and Flame Orange now complement the colorful color palette of the woom bikes. “We know from our market research that around 80 percent of all purchasing decisions are influenced by the choice of color. The new bright spring colors are even more attractive for children and they ride with more enthusiasm. Getting children excited about cycling is exactly woom’s mission,” says woom CEO Paul Fattinger. However, the new bright colors are not available for all six bike sizes in the series. The colors Lizard Lime and Flame Orange are available for sizes 1 to 4 and are therefore aimed at kids aged 1,5 to 8 years.

Regardless of the colors, the super-light aluminum frame remains the heart of the woom bikes. The company also attaches great importance to optimal handling and child-friendly ergonomics. Of course, this also includes ergonomically shaped handles. These are designed to be narrow on the inside for children's hands, but with an extra large outside diameter to prevent serious injuries if they fall on the handlebars. According to the manufacturer, the ergonomically shaped brake levers can also be operated by small hands with little hand strength. Younger kids can also recognize the important rear brake by the striking green brake lever. The coloring prevents the brakes from being confused and reduces the risk of accidents. The woom bikes in bright colors are now available in the woom online shop and in specialist retailers; prices range between 229,00 and 529,00 euros, depending on the model.
