Raffle: Win a fully equipped Scott Speedster gravel bike

2 November 2023 by Florian Nowak

Raffle: Thanks to its stable aluminum frame, robust components and equipment suitable for everyday use, the Scott Speedster Gravel 40 EQ is the perfect gravel bike for commuters and sportier off-road rides. Together with Scott we are giving away a fully equipped Scott Speedster gravel bike with mudguards, bottle holders and in-house Syncros bikepacking bags.

For the EQ models, Scott equips his bikes with additional equipment such as mudguards and much more ex works, thus ensuring an even wider range of uses. The Scott Speedster Gravel 40 EQ gravel bike becomes the ideal gravel commuter thanks to the additional use of mudguards, because the robust aluminum frame can withstand a lot and still fundamentally meets sporting demands. The big advantage of gravel bikes as commuter bikes is definitely their all-round capabilities, because it doesn't matter what surface there is.

As already mentioned, the heart of the Scott Speedster gravel bike is the aluminum frame, which the other Speedster gravel bikes from Scott also use. The geometry is slightly stretched and therefore a little sportier, but the bike still impresses with its extremely smooth handling and plenty of directional stability even at high speeds.

The Scott Speedster 40 EQ gravel bike also relies on a lot of durability and robust options when it comes to equipment. With a Shimano Tiagra gear system with 2×10 gears and mechanical Shimano disc brakes, you can enjoy solid performance in all areas and, in most cases, with extremely little maintenance. Our own Syncros models are used for the wheels. The classic aluminum rims with a width of 24 mm accommodate the 40 mm Schwalbe G-One Bite Performance tires. The Syncros Fender Kit, which is characteristic of the Speedster EQ model, consists of a polycarbonate/nylon mix with fiberglass and sits without wobbling thanks to a strut and the fasteners on the seat stay and fork.

For bikepacking enthusiasts, the Scott Speedster gravel bike has two additional threaded eyelets on the top tube and two under the bottom bracket in addition to the two classic bottle cage attachments. So that you can go on longer gravel adventures with the Speedster, we also have another highlight in our raffle, because the gravel bike also comes with a Syncros handlebar, saddle and frame bag.
