Yakima JustClick 3+1 bike carrier: When you need more space!

30 October 2022 by the editorial office

Whether you're heading out for a mountain bike ride with friends or taking a family vacation, whenever you need to bring your bikes along, Yakima is the perfect solution. This specialist manufacturer offers versatile, easy-to-use carrier systems for bicycles and e-bikes – expandable and with useful accessories. For example, the Yakima JustClick 3, including the JustClick+1 rail and ClickRamp.

"Just click" and off you go: Yakima makes it child's play to transport up to four bicycles on the trailer hitch. It all starts with attaching the carrier to the ball head, with the red and green color markings clearly showing whether the carrier is securely mounted. And loading the bikes is also very easy: The rails are wide enough for mountain bike tires up to 3.25 inches and can be pulled out to optimally adjust to the wheelbase - as can the lights on the carrier so that they are the maximum distance from the vehicle outline in accordance with the StVZO can comply. With the three lockable holding claws of different lengths, the bicycles can be clearly fixed in their respective position on the carrier.

The Yakima JustClick ramp makes loading heavy e-bikes much easier.

If you want to transport heavy e-bikes, you can make life easier with the ClickRamp: the rail is simply hooked in and the e-bikes can be easily pushed onto the carrier. And the Yakima Just Click 3 is also ideal for family holidays: If you retrofit the rack with the JustClick+1, you can take a total of four bikes with you. Of course, the maximum must be observed in any case support load of the trailer hitch.

With the JustClick+1, the carrying capacity can easily be extended by another bike.

Of course, the carrier, which was awarded a Red Dot Award, also allows access to the trunk - even when it is loaded, it can be swiveled down so that the tailgate of the station wagon can be opened. And so the Yakima JustClick 3 is a good choice for every car trip with bicycles. What's even better: together with Velomotion, Yakima is giving away a JustClick 3 with ClickRamp and an additional JustClick+1 rail.
