Cycling: The second stage of the Tour de Romandie goes to Ethan Hayter. The Brit was able to assert himself in the mass sprint. Australian Rohan Dennis remains the overall leader.

Hayter takes his second stage win

ethan hayter (Ineos Grenadiers) can also do it in the sprint. After his opening victory in the prologue of the Tour de Romandie, the Brit has now also won the second stage. In the mass sprint he left the Spaniard after 168,2 kilometers with start and finish in Échallens Jon Aberasturi (Trek – Segafredo) and the Colombians Fernando Gaviria (UAE) behind). The German Nickias Arndt (DSM) finished a strong seventh. Still leads in the overall standings Rohan Dennis (Jumbo – Visma), who took the stage win yesterday.
