With a powerful uphill sprint Bryan coquard (Cofidis) won the second stage of the Etoile de Bessèges. In the jersey of his new team, the Frenchman finished ahead of yesterday's stage winner Mads pedersen (Trek – Segafredo) from Denmark. Tobias Halland Johannessen (Uni-X) from Norway almost managed a big surprise with third place. In the overall standings, Mads Pedersen remains 17 seconds ahead of the Frenchman Mathieu Burgaudeau (TotalEnergies), who reached the target at the same time today.
