Innovative safety features - with "bear inside"
The uvex oyo style children's helmet is a classic half-shell construction, with the neck, temple and ear area being shaped deeper for additional safety. So that the ventilation is not neglected, ten ventilation openings ensure a permanent supply of fresh air.
Inside, a particularly soft "bear padding" ensures that it is comfortable to wear. The so-called "uvex xTRA Shield" integrated into the EPS structure of the helmet at the front of the helmet is intended to protect the sensitive forehead area in particular in the event of a fall. "uvex KID PROtect" is intended to reduce vibrations that are transmitted to the helmet on uneven ground, for example through the child seat. It also prevents the head from slipping off the seat backrest. Clever: the KID PROtect silicone insert can be replaced with an optionally available LED light if required.
