Kristoff celebrates 80th professional victory

Again no win for Phil Bauhaus (Bahrain-Victorious)! The German sprinter lost to his fellow countryman yesterday Pascal Ackermann (Bora – hansgrohe) and today very close to the Norwegian alexander kristoff (UAE). After 180,6 kilometers from Sangerhausen to Ilmenau, as expected, there was a mass sprint. The well-known group of the day consisted of Marc Soler (movistar), Louis Vervaeke (Alpecin-Fenix), Francisco Galvan (Kern Pharma), Kyle Murphy (rally) and Jannis Peter (German national team). However, they didn't stand a chance against the rushing peloton. Tomorrow the convoy of the Deutschland Tour travels to Erlangen.
