June 4, 2021 by Florian Nowak

Product news: With the new Uvex Shield glasses the German manufacturer presents three new models with XXL lenses in a futuristic design. The eye-catcher are the ultra-large mirror panes for a lot of style in sports and in everyday life. The new Shield models should impress with an unrestricted field of vision, high wearing comfort and reliable protection against UV rays, dust and wind.

Oversize glasses are more popular than ever, not just among cyclists on any terrain. For the 2020/21 season, uvex is launching three new models with an extraordinary look, a huge field of vision and the top performance that is typical of uvex. We are talking about the Uvex Shield glasses.

Uvex Shield glasses – big, bigger, biggest: Uvex sportstyle 227

The modern half-frame glasses in the shield look impress with an unrestricted XXL field of vision. It is also equipped with the proven Uvex supravision anti-fog coating, which is designed to reliably prevent the lens from fogging up.
