Cycling: André Greipel again just missed a stage victory in the Tour of Turkey. The Belgian Jasper Philipsen can be happy about his second victory of the day. Rick Zabel was sixth.

Also on the seventh day of the Tour of Turkey it should be for André Greipel (Israel – Start-Up Nation) are not enough to win the day. Like yesterday, the German lost to the Belgian in the sprint Jasper Phillipsen (Alpecin-Fenix). The triple winner sprinted to third place Mark Cavendish (Deceuninck - Quick Step). The Spaniard remains in the overall standings after the 180-kilometer section from Marmaris to Turgutreis José Manuel Díaz (Delko) in the lead. But his lead has surprisingly melted down to one second today. The overall second Jay Vine (Alpecin – Fenix) was able to make up three seconds with an intermediate sprint.
