Laser Cruizer: E-bike helmet for everyday urban life

18 January 2021 by Florian Nowak

Product news: With the new Lazer Cruizer, the Belgian helmet specialist is introducing a new, urban e-bike helmet that not only offers a stylish appearance, but above all safety in the city.

As a helmet specialist, Lazer wants to offer every cyclist the perfect bicycle helmet to be comfortable and safe on the road. However, since not only the necessary protection should be in the foreground, intelligent features for the respective area of application are also used at the same time. With the new Lazer Cruizer you have the perfect ally for all e-bike riders, with which you can further complete your product portfolio.

Cycling in the city has long been considered good manners and many cities are trying to adapt the routes to cyclists and make them more bicycle-friendly. Lazer sees its duty in protecting all cyclists. With the Urbanize, Lazer already has an e-bike helmet in its range that is certified for S-Pedelec and e-bike use. The Lazer Cruizer now completes the e-bike segment. In addition to the same design language as the Urbanize, the Cruizer comes with numerous functions that provide great support in everyday life when running errands in the city or on the way to work.

According to the manufacturer, the Cruizer should primarily be comfortable to wear without creating uncomfortable pressure points. This is ensured by the TS+ Turnfit adjustment system, which can be easily adjusted individually using the rotary wheel. In addition, the helmet comes in three sizes for an optimal fit.

Lazer Cruizer - Safety is paramount

Of course, comfort is important, but a bike helmet must protect your head in the event of a fall. In addition to the usual standard helmet certification, the Lazer Cruizer is certified according to the Dutch NTA standard and is therefore officially approved for e-bikes and speed pedelecs. This additional protection is particularly important at higher speeds on the e-bike and when riding in the city.

Of course, the Cruizer has a modern design, which, coupled with the practical features, ensures the best suitability for everyday use. In addition, the opening on the back of the helmet is large enough and reinforced so that the helmet can be attached to the bike with any bike lock. But that's not all, because an LED light can be clicked into this opening for better visibility.

With its fabric visor inspired by mountain bike helmets, it not only looks stylish but also protects against the sun's rays, while the winter pad set, available as an accessory, keeps cyclists warm even on cold days. This means that you are well protected from the weather in every scenario.
