Spank gravel handlebars: Everything under control, even on gravel!

4 December 2020 by Florian Nowak

Product news: The manufacturer Spank may be known to some from the mountain bike sector. Here, too, the topic of gravel has long since arrived and the focus is on specific products for use on gravel. The manufacturer offers two gravel handlebar models so that you have everything under control on the choppy surface.

Spank Gravel Handlebar Wing 12 Vibrocore Drop Bar

This medium-wide dropbar handlebar with a moderate 12° flare offers an ideal mix of off-road performance and on-road aerodynamics and comfort, making it the all-rounder when it comes to getting started on Gravel. The Vibrocore damping foam reduces vibrations and cushions bumps in the best possible way. This also increased the service life and overall rigidity of the Spank Gravel handlebar.

A compact handlebar geometry with 110mm drop and 65mm reach enables an upright and stable position, perfect for long distances on varied terrain. The flat upper link should be particularly comfortable, which not only offers ergonomic but also aerodynamic advantages. This design puts a strong focus on high comfort without restricting the individual hand position.
