Not a good UCI restart after the Corona break

But the corona pandemic has thrown the UCI racing calendar upside down. This is how cycling fans are currently looking at Poland. Here takes place with the tour Dookoła Mazowsza the first UCI race after the Corona break took place. Unfortunately, the first section could not be completed. Around 30 kilometers before the finish, the first stage was stopped. A motorcycle that is not part of the race is said to have had an accident. Since both paramedics and police cars blocked the circuit afterwards, the organizers had no choice but to end the race early. Cyclists are said not to have been involved in the accident.

With the start and finish in Teresin, the 63rd Dookoła Mazowsza should have actually covered 168,0 kilometers today. The Tour of Poland near Warsaw consists of four stages.
