The Hayes Bicycle Group has accepted this and revised its product range for XC sports so that there is something for every sporting level and every requirement.
Getting there was not easy for the engineers. In order to keep all driver groups in mind, the perfect balance between weight, stiffness and reliability had to be found.
ProTaper Hyperlite handlebars
As the name suggests, this bar isn't just lightweight, it's Hyperlite. At just 125g.

Grip grit is on both the shaft clamping surface and grip areas to ensure only your legs are rotating.

ATAC stem
ATAC is back. One of the oldest names in the high-end parent game has returned. And this time it's all faded out with titanium hardware and a fresh, laser-etched finish. Available in 10mm increments from 50mm to 100mm, this 90g stem is ready to take you to victory or to the post-ride pub, whatever your preference.

Fourty seat post
For those of you who prefer something a little stiffer, we would like to introduce you to the new Forty carbon seat post. As the name suggests, the seatpost is available in a 40cm length with 0 offset for both 30,9 and 31,6mm seat tubes.
Thanks to its carbon construction and Ti components, this post weighs only 212g. Although this seatpost falls within the Hayes XC collection, it is suitable for those looking for a lightweight, rigid seatpost for every occasion and discipline.
